- After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with our payment details. Log into your online banking, navigate to the e-transfer section, and send the exact order total to the email address provided. Make sure to include your order number in the message field so we can match your payment to your order quickly.
- We do accept credit card payments. You can choose credit card on the checkout process to complete your order.
- To use a promo code, add products to your cart then during the checkout enter your coupon and it will apply the discount!
- We currently don’t accept any product returns, if you have an issue with your order though we are more than glad to help find a resolve!
- Placing an order with Native Smokes Canada is simple and straightforward. Browse our online shop, add the products you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping information and complete your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive payment instructions by email. Send your payment and we will get your order shipped out right away.
- Yes. The maximum number of cartons per order is 49 cartons. If you require a larger quantity, feel free to place multiple orders.
- Absolutely. You can mix and match any of our available cigarettes, cigars, chew, and pouch tobacco products in a single order, as long as the total does not exceed 49 cartons.
- If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your payment is sent. Once payment has been received and your order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
- All orders placed and paid by 12:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed or paid after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

- We offer express shipping across Canada. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed and paid by 12:00 PM EST on weekdays are shipped the same day.
- We ship using trusted Canadian carriers including UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and Canada Post. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method available at the time of your order.
- Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number in “your order is now complete” email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
- Yes. All orders are packaged discreetly with no indication of the contents on the outside of the package. Your privacy is important to us.
