Skoal has been sold since 1934 and is made by the U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company. Its “Blend” range adds fruit flavours to a long cut tobacco, and Berry is one of the sweetest of them: think mixed berries rather than one specific fruit.
The berry flavour is strongest when the tin is fresh, so keep the lid closed between uses.
Skoal’s blends are all $20 a tin or $95 for a roll of 5:
- Peach Blend: soft and sweet.
- Apple Blend: crisp and slightly tart.
- Cherry Blend: rich and sweet.
- Citrus: bright and tangy.
